Will do their utmost to accommodate any of your requests. We value all our clients and it is very important for us to give you our very best whilst in our care. During your treatment we ask you to switch off your cell phones as to enjoy your treatment, as it is both beneficial to the treatment process and to other spa users. Well behaved children are welcome with parental assistance only, as we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever whilst visiting our premises. Our therapists are well trained and can offer other recommendations to enhance your home care regiments. You are not obligated to purchase any suggested in-house products, but certain facial treatments do require homecare products and protocols, your therapist will inform you of them. If you are on Antibiotics, Chronic medicines or using Vitamins of a "Beta Carotene" nature, this is to be noted. Should you experience any problems, please inform us before you leave, as we cannot rectify any problems at a later stage. Should you be late for your appointment, your treatment time will differ. If more than one therapist works on you doing multiple/various treatments, the treatment times will vary, this creates an ultimate relaxing experience for you, giving you the ultimate pampering service you deserve.
- Please check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as treatments are cut short on late arrivals.
- Only Cash, Credit, Debit or electronic transfers and Gift Vouchers are accepted.

Please note that the spa requires at least 3 day cancellation notification, on booking at the spa and a cancellation fee is applicable if 4 -3 day notice is not given. See Below Cancellation FEES
We request payment in full within 48 hours of making the reservation to secure your booking; this is in order for us to give all our spa clients a fair booking opportunity. Should you have a Gift Voucher, please would you forward your voucher numbers to us and would you bring along the voucher to the spa on the day of your appointment?
- Saturday treatment bookings are not to be swopped for different treatments on the day without 24hr prior notification.
- If a treatment is missed due to late arrival, we will charge in full as if the treatment was taken on time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or take other bookings until e-mail or faxed proof of full payment has been received.
Cancellation Fees are as follows:
- 3 days before your booking will result in a 25% Cancellation Fee.
- Within 3 days or a no show will carry a 100% cancellation Fee.
You are welcome to bring along your costume should you be booking into our private Jacuzzi room. Gowns & slippers are given to you to use between treatments. Be sure to let us know if this is a special occasion and if you have any allergies please notify us as soon as possible.
